We startout a thing with so much zeal and energy.  Telling our minds I can..  Nothing would stop me..  But soon we hit a point where it seems the road ahead is uncertain. We start to have second thoughts..  Our initial zeal tunes down.. "Oh am tired of all this " our minds and actions tell us.. 
Success is achievable only to those that are persistent and unrelenting.. Determination flowing through your veins..  If your dream isn't big enough would say dream again.. A big dream isn't just gonna happen.  Consistence, commitment, passion this what makes you run the race no matter what comes at you.
Many of us want fast success.. It's not magic. Once it's not as fast, you start to lose focus, but staying on track is what makes the great men you applaud today.
Give up now, then you have just failed..
